Elbow Bump Hand Sanitizer is produced and manufactured in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.  It is in compliance with the World Health Organization's requirements of 80% denatured alcohol, glycerin, hydrogen peroxide and purified water, following FDA guidelines, and with a qualitative-testing analysis performed by Sandia National Laboratories.  It is liquid form and not gel and so just use small amount due to high content of alcohol.
Note the bottle is reusable and we encourage you to keep it as it can be refilled.
